Ordering
- How do I place an order?
- Call 416-627-7846 anytime — we answer 24/7. We take your order by phone, confirm the address, and dispatch the nearest driver.
- Do you have a menu or price list online?
- We keep a full visual menu at /menu. Prices move with supplier cost; we quote over the phone so you always pay the right number on delivery night.
- Can I order for someone else?
- Yes — give us their address when you call and we will deliver to them. The recipient just needs to be home at the door.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer — all processed on delivery.
Delivery
- How fast is delivery?
- Under 60 minutes across our primary zone, 60–90 minutes in the extended zone. See /areas for the full map.
- What areas do you cover?
- 14 cities across Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, and the GTA-West edge at The Queensway. The /areas page lists every zone with ETA and neighborhoods.
- Is there a delivery fee?
- We quote the fee when you call — it depends on your zone and the order size. No hidden charges at the door.
- What are your hours?
- 24/7 — open every day, every hour. We run 24-hour alcohol delivery year-round, including weekends and holidays.
- What if I'm not home?
- Our driver will call you on the way. If no one is available to receive, we reschedule or refund — we do not leave alcohol unattended.
Policies
- Can you refuse to deliver?
- Yes. Our drivers are trained to refuse service when the recipient is visibly intoxicated. This is legal compliance, not attitude.
- What about returns or cancellations?
- Unopened bottles can be returned within 24 hours for store credit. See /refunds for the full policy.
